This new build project was sought out by the architect and builder to cope with the extreme weather of living by the sea.

Browns Bay is right by the sea, with harsh winter weather and glorious sunny days. This install was carried out on this new build to protect it from the extremes in weather, keeping it warm and efficient throughout the whole year.
